I work alongside engineering during the build: backlog decisions, sprint scope, unblocking edge cases. The product function does not stop at handoff.

I run go-to-market, manage rollout, set up retention signals, and build the growth loop. Then I close the cycle by feeding what we learn back into the next product decision.
