How I think
Find the riskiest assumption, then test it with the cheapest thing that gives a real answer.
Usually that is a working prototype, and I build it myself with coding agents like Claude Code and Codex. The judgment still comes from customer evidence and from what engineering can realistically ship.
What I value in a team
I value teams that share context openly, involve product and engineering in decisions early, and stay close to customers while building.
