Product Engineer
Optifeed · AI Product Feed Optimization
Built a product workflow that moved validation from about 1 month to 1 week, alongside AI-assisted prototypes and an internal Rails lead-generation tool.
I usually join early-stage startups as the first product person and own the product function end-to-end: direction, execution, and growth.
Most recently at Optifeed, where I built the product development process from scratch, ran discovery, designed and prototyped features with Claude Code and Codex. My background spans early-stage AI and SaaS across e-commerce, procurement, fintech, edtech, logistics, and EV charging.
Outside of product work, I also direct short films. See Press.
Proof in practice
First product hire across 4 startup teams: Optifeed, Tedaarik, Mfatech, and Capital Collective.
Optifeed · AI Product Feed Optimization
Built a product workflow that moved validation from about 1 month to 1 week, alongside AI-assisted prototypes and an internal Rails lead-generation tool.
Tedaarik · AI Supply Chain Procurement
Built a targeted MENA investor pipeline, coordinated 10+ Qatar Web Summit meetings, and launched a pivot waitlist page that generated early sign-ups.
Kaptanos · AI Construction Procurement
Led customer discovery and advisory-board building, then stopped the project before customer PoC when co-founder strategy diverged.
Mfatech · EV Charging Mobile App
Scoped 30+ mobile screens and managed backlog clarity for 6 engineers; the product later reached 10,000 users after launch.
Capital Collective Investment
Defined the MVP, PRD, and Figma prototype for an AI stock screener with 69 financial parameters, ready for a 3-engineer handoff.
Kidokit · Edtech Mobile App
Researched a forum feature, sharpened website positioning, and designed the 1st in-app paywall. During my 3-month internship, company revenue grew 7× and membership increased by 50%.

Why working artifacts matter
AI coding agents lower the cost of building something real enough to inspect. That changes the order of product work: a direction can be tested, reviewed, and improved before engineering commits serious capacity.
The agent does not decide the product and it does not replace engineers. It helps move discovery from abstract discussion into a working artifact that exposes flow, edge cases, and scope decisions earlier.
Operating principle
Validate the riskiest assumption with the cheapest credible artifact.
What I am looking for
I am interested in Product Engineer and PM roles at early-stage B2B SaaS, e-commerce infrastructure, and operational AI companies, especially where product clarity, validation speed, and engineering efficiency matter. Best fit: seed to Series A, ideally 5-20 people, with founders or CTOs who want a generalist operator, not a specialist waiting for a fully scoped ticket.
Remote from Turkey. I am especially interested in contexts where product direction needs to become concrete before engineering starts the full build.
